Dr. Vicente "Nonoy" Maguad Pesayco Jr. was a distinguished writer, educator, and civic leader. He enjoyed a 30-year career in journalism, publishing, and education in both the Philippines and the United States. He earned a Master's Degree (Summa Cum Laude) from St. John's University and a Doctorate in Metaphysics from the College of Metaphysical Studies. Most notably, he served as President of the Pe Clan Association Philippines, Inc., helping bring together members of the Pe clan and promoting unity among Pe families.

Dr. Egidio Pecaoco Elio is a distinguished physician who practices at St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City. He founded Tabang Antique in 2002, providing free medical, surgical, and dental services to rural communities. He served four terms in the Provincial Legislature of Antique and authored the highest number of ordinances in the province's history.
